What we get asked before signing
Do your students know they are talking to an assistant?
Yes. The first message says so clearly, and a member of the team takes over as soon as the request calls for it or the student asks.
What about my students' data?
It stays yours. The exchanges are used only to reply and to track your enrolments, with the student's consent, and you can export or delete everything on request.
I already reply myself on WhatsApp. What does this change?
